Absolutely not. We respect intellectual property and data sovereignty. The local LLM processes structural data completely offline. Any code snippets transmitted to our cloud models (Gemini/Groq) are processed ephemerally and are subject to strict zero-data-retention API agreements.

Our hybrid multi-phase analysis maps the entire project structure first to understand boundaries. It then specifically targets core domain files (e.g., controllers, services, entities, value objects) and analyzes the separation of concerns, the strictness of typing enforcement, and the clarity of domain terminology against established industry standards.

Currently, Akasha excels at evaluating strongly-typed backend languages like TypeScript (Node.js/NestJS), Go, and Java/Spring Boot. The regex-based static analysis engine is highly optimized for strict typing checks in TypeScript, while the structural audit can handle any modern backend framework architecture.

Akasha handles third-party API rate limits (like GitHub's) elegantly via batched, concurrent sequential processing. While there are no hard limits built into our enterprise plans, we throttle requests gracefully to prevent IP bans and ensure a smooth experience for large hiring campaigns.

All candidate personal information and uploaded files (e.g., resumes via Cloudinary) are encrypted. When a candidate record is deleted from your workspace, all associated metadata and hosted files are permanently destroyed. You have full control over data retention policies.
